Nathalie Keiller offers inspirational yoga and meditation classes in our well-equipped yoga room.
Indulge in her personally-designed therapeutic, yin, or restorative yoga practice. She also has the experience to bring your Anusara practice to a deeper level.
For over 15 years, Nathalie has been a hatha yoga practitioner. She widens her studies with a variety of styles – Viniyoga, Ashtanga, Anusara, and recently Yin Yoga. From 2006 to 2010 she studied with numerous senior teachers including the founder of Anusara Yoga, John Friend. Since 2008, she has been certified Anusara-inspired teacher with over 1000 hours of training in this style. In 2011, she trained with Bernie Clark in Yin Yoga and now teaches this style that brings quietness, depth and self-allowing.
Inspired by her experiences and studies, Nathalie gradually and consistently integrates the knowledge she gains. Her desire to progress in her teachings and search for a better quality of life has brought her to Vancouver in 2010.
Hatha Yoga increases vitality, strength, balance, and flexibility. It also brings physical alignment and mental well-being. Meditation helps releasing tensions in the nervous system and allows the mind to experience its infinite possibilities. Spreading the experience of inner peace is Nathalie’s reason for teaching.
