Your treatment will begin with a comprehensive consultation and assessment to determine what type of massage treatment is best suited to your needs. All treatments are performed in a relaxing, quiet and comfortable setting with padded, heated massage tables.

Get the most out of your massage therapy treatment!  Warm your muscles, detoxify and relax before your massage with a private session in our infrared sauna.

RELAXATION MASSAGE uses smooth, gliding strokes. The primary purpose will be to help you relax, and your therapist will use a lighter pressure. During a relaxation massage there is less emphasis on working out serious adhesions or knots in the muscle tissue and the therapist won’t push your pain limits in order to get the muscle to release. Health benefits include calming the nervous system, promoting a sense of well-being, improving blood circulation and stimulating the body’s lymphatic system, which carries away waste products.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. It is extremely effective for chronic pain, tight muscles and sports related injuries.

SPORTS MASSAGE is typically done before, during and after personal training sessions and athletic events. The purpose of this technique is to prepare the body for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and the prevent injuries.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE – Fascia is connective tissue that runs throughout your body. It covers muscles, bones, tendons, nerves, etc. Essential for a healthy operating body, myofascial release ensures adhesions and chronic tight muscles are released.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE – The  proper functioning of the lymphatic system is critical to our body’s ability to drain fluids, detoxify, regenerate tissues, filter out toxins and foreign substances, and maintain a

healthy immune system. The lymph system’s action can be hindered or stopped, however, due to fatigue, stress, lack of physical activity, emotional shock, cold temperature, infections,

swelling, age, chemicals or food additives. Manual lymph drainage works to recirculate lymphatic flow, activate fluid circulation, and stimulate the functioning of the immune system.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY is beneficial to those with head, neck or back injuries resulting from an accident. Another area of principal effectiveness is with stress-related dysfunctions. Insomnia, fatigue, headaches, poor digestion, anxiety and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction are just a few examples.
