How Microdermabrasion works

Diamond microdermabrasion relies on microdermabrasion tips covered in tiny diamonds and suction to exfoliate the skin. This mechanical exfoliation reduces the stratum corneum, removing dead skin cells and exposing softer cells below. The vacuum stimulates blood flow which improves the health of the skin by speeding up cellular renewal and migration. Imperfections are smoothed out from the top, reducing pore size and improving clarity while cells that produce collagen and elastin fibers are stimulated, making skin cells plump and moist.
